August 22nd – Hole Farm, Bentfield Bury, Stansted, CM24 8TJ. Several ways to get there to Hole Farm: thanks to Carole for this.

1) Head towards Manuden past what used to be The Red White and Blue. At the fork take the left, then turn right just before reaching Manuden. you go over a little bridge and round a very narrow twisty road.  Go past the sign Bentfield Bower Stansted Mountfitchet, there is a Max Speed 20 mph sign which is just before the road turns left but you need to go right here, then immediately right again into Hole Farm.

2) Approaching Stansted from Stortford before you reach the Old Bell, there is a very narrow single lane road on the left called Lime Kiln Lane which takes you nearly all the way there, at the end, take a very sharp left into Hole Farm.

3) At Stansted just before the garage on the left, turn left, the road bends round to the right, then you turn left, at the green, turn left down the hill, at the bottom of the hill turn left, then right into Hole Farm.
